To surrender completely to God means to give up your own will and freely subject your entire person; your thoughts, your ideas, and your deeds to the will and the wisdom of God.

True surrender to God entails a deliberate acceptance and yielding to the plan and the purpose that God has predetermined for your life. When you surrender all to God you are no longer your own; your life no longer belongs to you, it now belongs wholly to God to use according to his will for his glory.
